Awaki

This was the source for the URL redirect/shortener service for Flashii hosted on fii.moe. Its functionality has been absorbed by the main Misuzu codebase.

I noticed I never added a LICENCE file to this project so please expect my retroactive offerring of a little bit of 0BSD. An example config has also been added if you want to use this for some reason.
